Enter each week for a chance to win $1,000 ! Collect at least $5 worth of eligible non-winning instant and/or terminal generated tickets for which the prize claim period has not expired. Terminal generated (on-line) tickets are valid for 180 days from the draw date. On at least one ticket place your name, address and phone number. Mailing labels are acceptable. Put all $5 worth of eligible tickets in an envelope no larger than 4.5 inches by 9.5 inches. Mail to: Each envelope is one entry. Each valid entry is eligible for only one drawing. Players may enter as many times as they choose. Every Thursday 10 eligible winners are drawn. Each of the 10 winners receives $1,000*. Entries not selected are destroyed. Super 2nd Chance Drawings may be cancelled by the Lottery. See Super 2nd Chance Features and Procedures for details. If you win If you are a Super 2nd Chance winner, you will be notified and provided claim information via the US Mail the week following the drawing. Upon receipt of the claim information you need to complete the form and mail back the information to the Lottery. The Lottery will then process the claim and issue you a check. *Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received. Approximately 50,000 entries per week. |
