REDEMPTION CENTERS CLOSING

The Department of Revenue offices in Green Bay, Fond du Lac, and Wausau will no longer be able to process Wisconsin Lottery claims after June 27, 2008. The two remaining redemption centers are located in Milwaukee and Madison. All other winning tickets will have to be sent in to the Prize Payments address to be redeemed.

Office Hours: General hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except on state holidays. Please call ahead to confirm location hours.

The MADISON VALIDATION OFFICE is authorized to cash ALL WINNING TICKETS.

The Milwaukee office is authorized to cash winning tickets through $501,000.

Please arrive at least 2 hours before closing time with tickets in excess of $50,000 to allow for additional paperwork and processing.

It is recommended that prizes up to $599 be redeemed at a Lottery Retailer.

Of course, you can still mail your winning tickets.
