(Madison) —William Lane from Tomah won’t be bluffing when he tells his friends he won $75,000 playing poker, that is Championship Poker. He purchased his winning Wisconsin Lottery scratch ticket at Kwik Trip, 1504 Superior Ave. in Tomah, and claimed it at the Lottery’s Madison office today. Championship Poker is a $5.00 scratch game where players challenge their luck against the dealer’s. Lane had a lucky day and hopes to share his luck with his wife and their German Shepherd puppy.

Thomas Tadych from Chilton must be a crossword genius as he won $20,000 playing the Wisconsin Lottery Crossword instant scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at East Shore Minute Mart, N7015 Winnebago Dr. in Fond du Lac, and claimed it at the Lottery’s Fond du Lac office today.  Crossword is a $2.00 scratch game where players try to find three or more words in their crossword board to win. Tadych thought he only won $1,000 and was surprised to hear he actually won a top prize of $20,000.
