If you are a winner, sign the back of the ticket in the space provided.

You can claim any prize up to $599 at a Lottery Retailer* or Lottery office (claim forms are available at any Lottery Retailer or Lottery office or download one here).

Prizes $600 or greater can be claimed at any Lottery office.

Or mail** the signed ticket and claim form to:
