(Instant Scratch Game # 2560)
  1. The theme and name of the game: MS.PAC-MAN. Step 1. Scratch one of the three START positions (yellow "MS.PAC-MAN" symbols) within the maze. Step 2. As shown in the LEGEND, continue scratching ONLY in the direction of each revealed Ms.Pac-Man symbol, one symbol at a time, to reveal the path through the maze. Step 3. If the revealed path runs into a BONUS symbol, win the prize shown for that symbol, and continue scratching in the direction of the arrow next to that same BONUS symbol (shown in the same play spot). Step 4. If the revealed path runs into a GHOST symbol, that path ends, and the game is over for that Ms.Pac-Man. Step 5. If the revealed path ends in a PRIZE play spot, win the prize amount revealed in that same PRIZE play spot. Repeat steps 1-5 for the remaining two START ("MS.PAC-MAN" symbols) positions within the maze.

Odds and prize statements are based on initial game prize structure and may vary over the life of the game. Entry or non-entry of MS.PAC-MAN tickets to the Lottery Super 2nd Chance drawings does not affect the prize structure of the MS.PAC-MAN game.

  4. The frequency of drawings: There are no drawings in the MS.PAC-MAN game, however, for a period of time, at the discretion of the Lottery Division Administrator MS.PAC-MAN tickets may count towards entry in Lottery Super 2nd Chance drawings. The Wisconsin Lottery will not be responsible for any neglect, failure or omission on the part of the U.S. Postal Service or any other delivery/courier service used to deliver a player's Super 2nd Chance Drawing mailing to the Wisconsin Lottery. The Lottery assumes no responsibility or liability for Super 2nd Chance tickets that are lost, or destroyed or otherwise disqualified from participation in a drawing when such tickets are in the control of the Lottery. All tickets sent to the Wisconsin Lottery to enter the Super 2nd Chance drawings become property of the Wisconsin Lottery and will not be returned. Only tickets sent to and received at the correct address for entry into the Super 2nd Chance drawing will be eligible for the Super 2nd Chance drawing.
  5. The method of selecting winners: Each ticket includes a “LEGEND” graphic that displays four (4) Ms.Pac-Man symbols of different orientations, with each orientation corresponding to a different directional instruction (e.g., “Go Left” or “Go Up”), as well as a "Game Over" "GHOST" symbol. Each ticket also includes a separate “BONUS” legend graphic that displays four (4) different "BONUS" symbols (Orange, Pretzel, Pear, and Banana) and their corresponding prize amounts. Imaged in the covered maze play area are three (3) "START" play spots.

There is one (1) maze play area on each ticket. Imaged in the uncovered maze play area are horizontal and vertical line-delineators, Ms.Pac-Man symbols of different orientations, three (3) “START HERE” play spots (each symbol having an arrow in one (1) of the four (4) different orientations: Right, Left, Up, or Down), one (1) or more of the "BONUS" symbols, one (1) or more of the "GHOST" symbols, and six (6) PRIZE play spots.

Each maze play area consists of three (3) paths. Each path is a series of symbols contained within play spots, each of which includes a directional instruction indicating the next play spot to be uncovered (except for the "GHOST" symbols, which do not indicate a direction).

The play of the game involves following (scratching to reveal) a predetermined path through the uncovered maze play area as follows:

    1. Starting at each of the imaged “START” play spots (which, when uncovered, will reveal a "START HERE" play spot with a directional arrow), move in the direction indicated by the arrow in that same play spot to the immediately-adjacent play spot. The second Ms.Pac-Man symbol's orientation will determine where to move next, as indicated in the "LEGEND".
    2. Continue to move one (1) play spot at a time, using each arrow or symbol’s orientation as indicated in the "LEGEND", to determine where to move next.
    3. If the next immediately-adjacent symbol in the path is a "BONUS" symbol, continue to move to the next immediately-adjacent play spot, following the imaged arrow in the same play spot as the "BONUS" symbol.
    4. The path ends if the next immediately-adjacent symbol in the path is a "GHOST" symbol or if the next immediately-adjacent symbol in the path is a PRIZE play spot corresponding to a prize amount.
The holder of a ticket showing a path that contains one (1) or more "BONUS" symbols shall win a prize amount equal to the prize shown for each "BONUS" symbol in that same path, corresponding to the BONUS LEGEND. The holder of a ticket showing a path that ends at a PRIZE play spot shall win the corresponding prize amount for that same PRIZE play spot. Each path is played separately.

The highest prize that can be won on MS.PAC-MAN is $30,000.
  6. The method of making payments to winners:
    1. Submission of the original ticket (not a copy), as provided below, shall be the sole method of claiming a prize.

Personal appearance at the Lottery headquarters in Madison may be waived at the Lottery Division Administrator's sole discretion.
    4. Until such time as a signature is placed upon a ticket in the area designated for signature, a ticket shall be owned (held) by the bearer of the ticket. When a signature is placed on the ticket in the place designated, the person whose signature appears in the area shall be the owner (holder) of the ticket and shall be entitled (subject to validation requirements) to any prize attributable thereto.
    5. Tickets are void if stolen, unissued, mutilated, altered, counterfeit, or otherwise fail validation tests. The Lottery at its sole discretion reserves the right to pay any mutilated ticket based upon the facts and circumstances of the particular claim. Such action by the Lottery is final and non-reviewable.
    6. Tickets are void if misprinted. "Misprinted" means any mistake or difference from the original ticket or game specifications of any kind in the printing, manufacturing, packaging or other processing related to the production or distribution of the ticket caused by the raw materials, processes or handling of the ticket until its ultimate sale to the consumer/player. "Misprinted" includes but is not limited to the tickets being unreadable, misregistered, defective, or multiply printed. Also, "misprinted" includes errors in the computer software, computer hardware, code or programming of the game regardless of whether the errors were imbedded or caused by human action relating to any of the matters mentioned in this paragraph. The Lottery at its sole discretion reserves the right to pay any such "misprinted" ticket based upon the facts and circumstances of the particular claim. Such action by the Lottery is final and non-reviewable.
    7. All tickets sent to the Wisconsin Lottery for the purpose of redemption become property of the Lottery and will not be returned. All tickets winning $600 or more that are submitted in person to a Lottery office for the purpose of redemption will not be returned after the signed ticket is received by the Lottery. Signed, unpaid tickets winning $599 or less that are submitted in person to a Lottery office may be returned at the sole discretion of the Lottery. No winning ticket will be returned once the prize for that ticket has been paid by a Lottery office, regardless of the winning amount. Non-winning tickets that are submitted in person to a Lottery office may be returned at the sole discretion of the Lottery.
    8. The holder of a winning MS.PAC-MAN ticket must claim the prize, in accordance with sections 6(B) or 6(C), within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after game's end date or the prize shall be forfeited.
