FEATURES AND PROCEDURES

20X
(FAST PLAY GAME #1002)

A. The theme and name of the game:

The name of this game is 20X. Match any of YOUR NUMBERS in any one ROW to one of the WINNING NUMBERS, win corresponding prize. If you win in any one ROW, multiply the prize(s) won in that ROW by the Multiplier number for that same ROW. Each ROW is played separately.

By purchasing a 20X ticket, a player agrees to select the ticket randomly generated by the lottery gaming system at the time of purchase.

20X is a Fast Play game in which the player purchases a terminal-generated ticket that allows for winning set prizes and for a share (percentage) of a PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT (Jackpot) prize as provided in these rules.

For the purposes of the Lottery’s Retailer Performance Program, this game is considered a daily game.

B. The price of tickets:

  1. The price of a ticket is five dollars ($5.00), or such other price as set by the Lottery Division Administrator.
  2. Tickets cannot be cancelled, and there are no refunds. It is the sole responsibility of the player to verify the accuracy of the game plays. All plays are assigned by the computer at the time of purchase.

C. The prize structure, including the number and value of prizes:

  1. All prizes are funded solely out of the tickets purchased. Approximately sixty-four and five-tenths percent (64.5%) of each dollar played is allocated to prizes. The prize structure including the number and value of prizes and the odds on each prize are as follows:
PRIZE AMOUNT APPROXIMATE NUMBER OF PRIZES PER 240,000 PLAYS ODDS OF WINNING
FIFTY PERCENT (50%) of the JACKPOT 1 1:240,000
$2,000 4 1:60,000
$1,000 8 1:30,000
$400 60 1:4,000
$100 250 1:960
$50 620 1:388
$30 1,600 1:150
$20 6,000 1:40
$10 21,000 1:12
$5 36,000 1:7

Entry or non-entry of 20X tickets to the Lottery Super 2nd Chance drawings does not affect the prize structure of the 20X game.

  1. The PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT begins at $10,000. Once the $10,000 starting Jackpot is fully funded by Fast Play sales, the Jackpot increases with the sale of each Fast Play ticket. For $5.00 Fast Play games, including 20X, ten percent (10%) of the sales value of each ticket sold is contributed to the PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT. If the Jackpot prize is not won by a ticket, the prize money allocated for the Jackpot prize shall be added to the Jackpot Prize Pool for the next ticket purchase. The Jackpot amount paid is rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.
  2. A Jackpot-winning five-dollar ($5.00) Wisconsin Lottery Fast Play game will win fifty percent (50%) of the total PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT prize amount at the exact time the winning ticket is purchased. (For example, if the current Jackpot is $30,000 and a $5.00 play wins the Jackpot, the share of the Jackpot amount won on that $5.00 play is $15,000. This would leave an available Jackpot amount of $15,000. The $15,000 Jackpot amount begins to increase from that amount with the sales of additional Fast Play tickets.) If a Jackpot is won at the starting Jackpot amount of $10,000, then the available Jackpot remains at the starting amount of $10,000 and the amount won is based on the percentage stated previously.
  3. The Jackpot amount won will be determined solely by the lottery gaming system at the exact time of ticket purchase, subject to section F of these Features and Procedures.
  4. Each Fast Play ticket is played separately. Multiple Fast Play tickets where one (1) or more of those tickets is a Jackpot-winning ticket cannot be combined to collectively win a larger share of the PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT prize. (For example, a purchase of ten (10) five dollar ($5) 20X tickets does not affect the share of the Jackpot won on any one (1) of those five dollar ($5) tickets. The share of any Jackpot won on a Jackpot-winning five dollar ($5) 20X ticket would be ten percent (10%) regardless of the number of tickets or price points purchased as previously described in these Features and Procedures.)

D. The frequency of drawings:

There are no drawings in the 20X game, however, for a period of time, at the discretion of the Lottery Division Administrator 20X tickets may count towards entry in Lottery Super 2nd Chance drawings. The Wisconsin Lottery will not be responsible for any neglect, failure, or omission on the part of the U.S. Postal Service, or any other delivery/courier service used to deliver a player's Super 2nd Chance Drawing mailing to the Wisconsin Lottery. The Lottery assumes no responsibility or liability for Super 2nd Chance tickets that are lost, destroyed, or otherwise disqualified from participation in a drawing when such tickets are in the control of the Lottery. All tickets sent to the Wisconsin Lottery to enter the Super 2nd Chance drawings become property of the Wisconsin Lottery and will not be returned. Only tickets sent to and received at the correct address for entry into the Super 2nd Chance drawing will be eligible for the Super 2nd Chance drawing.

E. The method of selecting winners:

Each 20X ticket contains six (6) ROW play areas. Each ROW play area contains four (4) YOUR NUMBERS play spots, four (4) prize amounts, and one (1) Multiplier play symbol. Each Multiplier play symbol is a number with the letter X.

The holder of a ticket showing a number in any of the four (4) YOUR NUMBERS play spots in any one (1) ROW that matches one (1) of the seven (7) WINNING NUMBERS shall win the corresponding prize amount shown for that same matching YOUR NUMBER, multiplied by the Multiplier number for that same ROW. Each ROW is played separately. A Multiplier won in one (1) ROW does not apply to any prize won in another ROW. Only one prize may be won for each matching YOUR NUMBER play spot, as previously described in these Features and Procedures.

A winning YOUR NUMBERS play spot with a corresponding prize amount symbol of "JACKPOT" shall win fifty percent (50%) of the PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT prize as solely determined by the lottery gaming system at the exact time of ticket purchase, subject to section F of these Features and Procedures.

The "JACKPOT" prize symbol will only ever be multiplied by a 1X Multiplier play symbol.

F. The method of making payments to the winners:

  1. Subject to Wisconsin Lottery validation procedures, an original ticket (not a copy) shall be the only proof of a game play or plays. The submission of a winning ticket, signed by one holder of that winning ticket, which shall be a single human being, to the Wisconsin Lottery or a Wisconsin Lottery retailer shall be the sole method of claiming a prize or prizes. Such action by the Lottery is final and non-reviewable.

Jackpot prizes will be paid by check or wire transfer.
  4. All tickets sent to the Wisconsin Lottery for the purpose of redemption become property of the Lottery and will not be returned. All tickets winning $600 or more that are submitted in person to a Lottery office for the purpose of redemption will not be returned after the signed ticket is received by the Lottery. Signed, unpaid tickets winning $599 or less that are submitted in person to a Lottery office may be returned at the sole discretion of the Lottery. No winning ticket will be returned once the prize for that ticket has been paid by a Lottery office, regardless of the winning amount. Non-winning tickets that are submitted in person to a Lottery office may be returned at the sole discretion of the Lottery.
  5. Prizes may be paid immediately after the ticket is generated.
  6. Until such time as a signature is placed upon a ticket in the area designated for signature, a ticket shall be owned (held) by the bearer of the ticket. When a signature is placed on the ticket in the place designated, the person whose signature appears in the area shall be the owner (holder) of the ticket and shall be entitled (subject to validation requirements) to any prize attributable thereto.
  7. The holder of a winning 20X ticket must claim the prize, in accordance with section F(3), within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the ticket is generated, or the prize shall be forfeited. If claiming a prize in person at a Lottery Validations Office, the original winning ticket and Lottery claim form must be received by the Lottery within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the ticket is generated. If claiming a prize by mail, the postage prepaid envelope containing the original winning ticket and Lottery claim form must be postmarked on or before the one hundred eighty (180) day deadline. The envelope containing the original winning ticket and Lottery claim form must be received by the Wisconsin Lottery Validations Office in Madison within fourteen (14) calendar days after the one hundred eighty (180) day deadline or the prize shall be forfeited. All required claimant information must be received by the Wisconsin Lottery Validations Office in Madison within fourteen (14) calendar days after the one hundred eighty (180) day deadline or the prize shall be forfeited. In the event that the Governor declares a state-wide emergency or similar unforeseen circumstance occurs, the one hundred eighty (180) day deadline may be extended at the sole discretion of the Wisconsin Lottery Division Administrator.
  8. Any Fast Play prize remaining unclaimed or forfeited after the claim deadline under section F(7) shall be considered permanently forfeited. No prior or subsequent winner will be awarded any permanently forfeited prizes.
  9. Pursuant to Wisconsin's Open Records law (sec. 19.31-19.39 Wis. Stats.), the Lottery is required to disclose a winner's name, place of residence and, if acquired, likeness. If a player wins and claims a prize, the Lottery may use his or her name, likeness, and place of residence without compensation for any purpose. Upon claiming a prize, a winner waives any claims against the Lottery and its representatives for any and all liability which may result from the disclosure or use of such information.
  10. Any player violating these Features and Procedures is ineligible to win a prize.
  11. Prize payments are subject to the provision of sec. 565.30 Wis. Stats.
