One lucky Wisconsin Mega Millions player is holding a $1 million winning ticket from the Tuesday, December 10 Mega Millions drawing. 

After a record-setting sales period for Wisconsin Lottery Holly Jolly Raffle tickets, the December 10 drawing resulted in a $100,000 top prize-winning ticket sold in Marinette County.
