For a customer of Kwik Trip on Main, 746 Main Ave. in De Pere, a $5 raffle ticket purchase has turned into $100,000 just in time for the holidays. The Wisconsin Lottery retailer sold the $100,000 top prize-winning ticket, number 016278, in the 2022 Holly Jolly Raffle lotto game. The winning ticket was drawn on December 5, 2022.

During this holiday season, the Wisconsin Lottery has joined forces with the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG), the International Centre for Youth Gambling Problems and High-Risk Behaviors at McGill University to build awareness that Lottery products are not an appropriate gift for minors.
