FEATURES AND PROCEDURES
LUCKY CLOVER
(FAST PLAY GAME #1007)
A. The theme and name of the game:
The name of this game is LUCKY CLOVER. Count up the number of "FOUR-LEAF CLOVER" symbols that appear in the play area above. Win prize shown in the PRIZE LEGEND for that same total number of "FOUR-LEAF CLOVER" symbols in the play area.
By purchasing a LUCKY CLOVER ticket, a player agrees to select the ticket randomly generated by the lottery gaming system at the time of purchase.
LUCKY CLOVER is a Fast Play game in which the player purchases a terminal-generated ticket that allows for winning set prizes and for a share (percentage) of a PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT (Jackpot) prize as provided in these rules.
For the purposes of the Lottery’s Retailer Performance Program, this game is considered a daily game.
B. The price of tickets:
- The price of a ticket is five dollars ($5.00), or such other price as set by the Lottery Division Administrator.
- Tickets cannot be cancelled, and there are no refunds. It is the sole responsibility of the player to verify the accuracy of the game plays. All plays are assigned by the computer at the time of purchase.
C. The prize structure, including the number and value of prizes:
- All prizes are funded solely out of the tickets purchased. Approximately sixty-four and five-tenths percent (64.5%) of each dollar played is allocated to prizes. The prize structure including the number and value of prizes and the odds on each prize are as follows:
PRIZE AMOUNT | APPROXIMATE NUMBER OF PRIZES PER 240,000 PLAYS | ODDS OF WINNING |
---|---|---|
FIFTY PERCENT (50%) of the JACKPOT | 1 | 1:240,000 |
$1,000 | 10 | 1:24,000 |
$500 | 20 | 1:12,000 |
$100 | 30 | 1:8,000 |
$50 | 200 | 1:1,200 |
$40 | 1,000 | 1:240 |
$30 | 1,200 | 1:115 |
$20 | 8,000 | 1:30 |
$10 | 15,800 | 1:16 |
$5 | 40,000 | 1:6 |
Entry or non-entry of LUCKY CLOVER tickets to the Lottery Super 2nd Chance drawings does not affect the prize structure of the LUCKY CLOVER game.
- The PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT begins at $10,000. Once the $10,000 starting Jackpot is fully funded by Fast Play sales, the Jackpot increases with the sale of each Fast Play ticket. For $5.00 Fast Play games, including LUCKY CLOVER, ten percent (10%) of the sales value of each ticket sold is contributed to the PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT. If the Jackpot prize is not won by a ticket, the prize money allocated for the Jackpot prize shall be added to the Jackpot Prize Pool for the next ticket purchase. The Jackpot amount paid is rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.
- A Jackpot-winning five-dollar ($5.00) Wisconsin Lottery Fast Play game will win fifty percent (50%) of the total PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT prize amount at the exact time the winning ticket is purchased. (For example, if the current Jackpot is $30,000 and a $5.00 play wins the Jackpot, the share of the Jackpot amount won on that $5.00 play is $15,000. This would leave an available Jackpot amount of $15,000. The $15,000 Jackpot amount begins to increase from that amount with the sales of additional Fast Play tickets.) If a Jackpot is won at the starting Jackpot amount of $10,000, then the available Jackpot remains at the starting amount of $10,000 and the amount won is based on the percentage stated previously.
- The Jackpot amount won will be determined solely by the lottery gaming system at the exact time of ticket purchase, subject to section F of these Features and Procedures.
- Each Fast Play ticket is played separately. Multiple Fast Play tickets where one (1) or more of those tickets is a Jackpot-winning ticket cannot be combined to collectively win a larger share of the PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT prize. (For example, a purchase of ten (10) five dollar ($5) LUCKY CLOVER tickets does not affect the share of the Jackpot won on any one (1) of those five dollar ($5) tickets. The share of any Jackpot won on a Jackpot-winning five dollar ($5) LUCKY CLOVER ticket would be fifty percent (50%) regardless of the number of tickets or price points purchased as previously described in these Features and Procedures.)
D. The frequency of drawings:
TThere are no drawings in the LUCKY CLOVER game, however, for a period of time, at the discretion of the Lottery Division Administrator LUCKY CLOVER tickets may count towards entry in Lottery Super 2nd Chance drawings. The Wisconsin Lottery will not be responsible for any neglect, delay, failure, or omission on the part of the U.S. Postal Service, or any other delivery/courier service used to deliver a player's Super 2nd Chance Drawing mailing to the Wisconsin Lottery. The Lottery assumes no responsibility or liability for Super 2nd Chance tickets that are lost, destroyed, or otherwise disqualified from participation in a drawing when such tickets are in the control of the Lottery. All tickets sent to the Wisconsin Lottery to enter the Super 2nd Chance drawings become property of the Wisconsin Lottery and will not be returned. Only tickets sent to and received at the correct address for entry into the Super 2nd Chance drawing will be eligible for the Super 2nd Chance drawing. The last Super 2nd Chance Drawing will be held on December 26, 2024.
E. The method of selecting winners:

Only the highest prize may be won corresponding to the total number of "FOUR-LEAF CLOVER" symbols found in the play area.
The three-leaf clover outline surrounding the play area is not a play symbol and does not count toward the total number of "FOUR-LEAF CLOVER" symbols used to win a prize.
F. The method of making payments to the winners:
- Subject to Wisconsin Lottery validation procedures, an original ticket (not a copy) shall be the only proof of a game play or plays. The submission of a winning ticket, signed by one holder of that winning ticket, which shall be a single human being, to the Wisconsin Lottery or a Wisconsin Lottery retailer shall be the sole method of claiming a prize or prizes. Non-winning tickets that are submitted in person to a Lottery office may be returned at the sole discretion of the Lottery.
- Prizes may be paid immediately after the ticket is generated.
