All or Nothing $100,000 Top Prize Sold in Minong
Evening drawing produces big winning ticket for city with population of 548

Madison, WI -- Wisconsin Lottery winners are everywhere in the Badger State and for the Tuesday, September 26 All or Nothing Evening drawing, a winning $100,000 top prize ticket was purchased at Lucky Seven General Store on 1030 W. Hokah St. in Minong, population 548, according to the 2020 census. The winning ticket matched 11 of 11 numbers. The winning numbers were 2-3-9-10-11-14-15-16-18-21-22.

Lucky Seven Manager Peggy Purintun was thrilled to learn of the big win. "This is awesome," she said. "We've had a couple of $500 winners but nothing like this."

Wisconsin Lottery retailers who sell winning tickets over $599 receive a two percent Retailer Performance Winning Ticket Incentive, up to $100,000.

All or Northing players can win the $100,000 top prize by matching 0 of 11 numbers or by matching 11 of 11 numbers. A total of 15 $100,000, top prize All or Nothing winning tickets have been sold in 2023, with 12 matching 11 of 11 numbers, including the win in Minong.

The odds of winning the All or Nothing $100,000 top prize are 1 in 352,716. Tickets are $2 per draw. Drawings are held seven days a week, twice daily. Tickets must be purchased before 1:30 p.m. for the Midday drawing and before 9:00 p.m. for the Evening drawing.

Wisconsin Lottery winners have 180 days to claim prizes from the official draw date. Players can check to see if their ticket is a winner by going to wilottery.com or by using the Lottery's new mobile app, available on the App Store or Google Play.

The odds of winning the All or Nothing $100,000 top prize are 1 in 352,716.
