MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Lottery makes history Sunday, April 7 when its new All or Nothing Lotto game launches. The state’s first Lotto game since 2014, All or Nothing is a unique $2 daily game where players can win the $100,000 top prize by matching all 11 numbers or none of the 11 numbers.
