Wisconsin Lottery Asks Players to Gift Responsibly This Holiday Season
Lottery joins international campaign

MADISON, Wis. – In partnership with the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) and McGill University's International Centre for Youth Gambling Problems and High-Risk Behaviors, the Wisconsin Lottery is asking players to gift responsibly this holiday season and not purchase lottery tickets as gifts for children and adolescents.

MADISON, Wis. – A Niagara (Marinette County) woman claimed the $100,000 top prize in the Wisconsin Lottery Holly Jolly Raffle Friday. The winning ticket was sold at Pit Stop Gas (1240 River St.) in Niagara.

Powerball $1 Million Winning Ticket Sold in Waukesha
$50,000 Winning Ticket Sold in Sun Prairie

MADISON, Wis. – The $1 million winning ticket for Wednesday's Powerball was sold in Waukesha (Waukesha County). A $50,000 winning ticket was also sold in Sun Prairie (Dane County).

Woodman's Food Market at 1600 East Main Street sold the winning numbers of 5, 25, 38, 52, and 67 with a Powerball of 24 for the $1 million prize while Kwik Trip at 1252 West Main Street in Sun Prairie sold the $50,000 prize.

MADISON, Wis. – Wednesday's Wisconsin Lottery Megabucks drawing features a $5 million jackpot, its largest of 2018. The $5 million figure also marks the game's highest jackpot since 2015.

The present Megabucks jackpot is the 29th to reach $5 million since the game's current format began in June 1992. A record $22.5 million jackpot on May 30, 2015 was the most recent in Megabucks history to surpass $5 million. The game's latest multi-million dollar win, totaling $2.2 million, came on April 14, 2018.

MADISON, Wis. - One lucky player matched all five numbers in the December 18 Badger 5 drawing to win the $91,000 jackpot. The winning ticket was sold in Chippewa Falls (Chippewa County).

The winning numbers of 1, 9, 13, 26, and 29 came from a ticket purchased at DJ's Mart (337 E Park Ave).

Winners at all prize levels have 180 days from the drawing to claim their prizes by mail or in person at the Lottery’s Madison or Milwaukee offices.
