  4. The frequency of drawings: There are no drawings in the SCRATCH OF THE DAY game, however, for a period of time, at the discretion of the Lottery Division Administrator SCRATCH OF THE DAY tickets may count towards entry in Lottery Super 2nd Chance drawings. Only tickets sent to and received at the correct address for entry into the Super 2nd Chance drawing will be eligible for the Super 2nd Chance drawing.
  5. The method of selecting winners: There are seven (7) separate DAYS on each SCRATCH OF THE DAY ticket. Each DAY play area contains a SHAKE NEEDED play spot, five (5) YOUR SHAKE play spots, and a corresponding PRIZE spot. Each of the seven (7) DAYS utilizes one of five (5) different possible SHAKE NEEDED conditions, as described below. The SHAKE NEEDED shown in each DAY is the only condition that can be used for the YOUR SHAKES play area of that same DAY. Each DAY is played separately. Each dice symbol shown in the YOUR SHAKE play area has a numerical value that is equal to the number of dots shown within the square that makes up that dice symbol.

The uncovered SHAKE NEEDED play area will state "ROLL A (Number Shown)", "ROLL TWO (Number Shown)," ROLL THREE (Number Shown)," "ROLL FOUR (Number Shown)," or "ROLL A (Number Shown) & (Number Shown)." SHAKE NEEDED conditions for the uncovered DAY play areas are as follows:

ROLL A (Number Shown): The holder of a ticket where one (1) of the five (5) dice symbols in the YOUR SHAKE play area is equal to the number displayed to the immediate right of “ROLL A” in the SHAKE NEEDED play area for that same DAY shall win the prize amount in the PRIZE spot for that same DAY. (For example, if the SHAKE NEEDED shown is "ROLL A 3", one (1) of the play spots in the YOUR SHAKE play area must be a "3" to satisfy the SHAKE NEEDED for that same DAY.)

ROLL TWO (Number Shown): The holder of a ticket where two (2) of the five (5) dice symbols in the YOUR SHAKE play area are each equal to the number displayed to the immediate right of “ROLL TWO” in the SHAKE NEEDED play area for that same DAY shall win the prize amount in the PRIZE spot for that same DAY. (For example, if the SHAKE NEEDED shown is "ROLL TWO 3'S", two (2) of the play spots in the YOUR SHAKE play area must be a "3" to satisfy the SHAKE NEEDED for that same DAY.)

ROLL THREE (Number Shown): The holder of a ticket where three (3) of the five (5) dice symbols in the YOUR SHAKE play area are each equal to the number displayed to the immediate right of “ROLL THREE” in the SHAKE NEEDED play area for that same DAY shall win the prize amount in the PRIZE spot for that same DAY. (For example, if the SHAKE NEEDED shown is "ROLL THREE 3'S", three (3) of the play spots in the YOUR SHAKE play area must be a "3" to satisfy the SHAKE NEEDED for that same DAY.)

ROLL FOUR (Number Shown): The holder of a ticket where four (4) of the five (5) dice symbols in the YOUR SHAKE play area are each equal to the number displayed to the immediate right of “ROLL FOUR” in the SHAKE NEEDED play area for that same DAY shall win the prize amount in the PRIZE spot for that same DAY. (For example, if the SHAKE NEEDED shown is "ROLL FOUR 3'S", four (4) of the play spots in the YOUR SHAKE play area must be a "3" to satisfy the SHAKE NEEDED for that same DAY.)

ROLL A (Number Shown) & (Number Shown): The holder of a ticket where one (1) of the five (5) dice symbols in that same YOUR SHAKE play area is equal to the first number displayed to the immediate right of “ROLL A” in the SHAKE NEEDED play area for that same DAY, and where another one (1) of the five (5) dice symbols in the YOUR SHAKE play area is equal to the number displayed to the immediate right of “AND A” in the SHAKE NEEDED play area for that same DAY, shall win the prize amount in the PRIZE spot for that same DAY. (For example, if the SHAKE NEEDED shown is "ROLL A 3 & 4", one (1) of the play spots in the YOUR SHAKE play area must be a "3" and another one (1) of the play spots in that same YOUR SHAKE play area must be a "4" to satisfy the SHAKE NEEDED for that same DAY.)

To win a PRIZE, the YOUR SHAKE play symbols must include the whole condition as stated in the SHAKE NEEDED play area for that same DAY. For example, if the SHAKE NEEDED play area contains the condition "ROLL A 4 & 5", the YOUR SHAKE play area must include both a "4" play symbol and a "5" play symbol to count as satisfying that condition. The "4" play symbol and a "5" play symbol may be in any order, and in any of the YOUR SHAKE play spots, as long as they are in the YOUR SHAKE play spots corresponding to the SHAKE NEEDED play area for that same DAY. For an additional example, if the SHAKE NEEDED play area contains the condition "ROLL THREE 2'S", the YOUR SHAKE play area must include three (3) separate "2" play symbols in order to count as satisfying a condition. The three "2" play symbols may be in any of the YOUR SHAKE play spots, as long as they are in the YOUR SHAKE play spots corresponding to the SHAKE NEEDED play area for that same DAY.

Each play spot in the YOUR SHAKES play area is played separately (i.e. – Pips from one die cannot be divided, separated, or combined with pips from any other die in order to satisfy a condition; for example, a play symbol of "6" cannot be used as three "2" play symbols; similarly a play symbol of "1" and a play symbol of "2" cannot be combined to satisfy a condition of "ROLL A 3"). Play symbols in a YOUR SHAKE play area that do not satisfy the condition do not affect YOUR SHAKE or the SHAKE NEEDED.

Only one (1) prize may be won for each DAY. A prize may be won on up to all seven (7) DAYS, provided that each winning DAY has a winning play, as previously described in these Features & Procedures.
