FEATURES AND PROCEDURES

5 TIMES THE MONEY
(FAST PLAY GAME #1008)

A. The theme and name of the game:

The name of this game is 5 TIMES THE MONEY. Match any of YOUR NUMBERS to one of the WINNING NUMBERS, win corresponding prize. A prize won in the 2X area is automatically multiplied by 2. A prize won in the 5X area is multiplied by 5.

By purchasing a 5 TIMES THE MONEY ticket, a player agrees to select the ticket randomly generated by the lottery gaming system at the time of purchase.

5 TIMES THE MONEY is a Fast Play game in which the player purchases a terminal-generated ticket that allows for winning set prizes and for a share (percentage) of a PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT (Jackpot) prize as provided in these rules.

For the purposes of the Lottery’s Retailer Performance Program, this game is considered a daily game.

B. The price of tickets:

  1. The price of a ticket is one dollar ($1.00), or such other price as set by the Lottery Division Administrator.
  2. Tickets cannot be cancelled, and there are no refunds. It is the sole responsibility of the player to verify the accuracy of the game plays. All plays are assigned by the computer at the time of purchase.

C. The prize structure, including the number and value of prizes:

  1. All prizes are funded solely out of the tickets purchased. Approximately fifty-nine and zero-tenths percent (59.0%) of each dollar played is allocated to prizes. The prize structure including the number and value of prizes and the odds on each prize are as follows:
PRIZE AMOUNTAPPROXIMATE NUMBER OF PRIZES PER 240,000 PLAYSODDS OF WINNING

Entry or non-entry of 5 TIMES THE MONEY tickets to the Lottery Super 2nd Chance drawings does not affect the prize structure of the 5 TIMES THE MONEY game.

  1. The PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT begins at $10,000. Once the $10,000 starting Jackpot is fully funded by Fast Play sales, the Jackpot increases with the sale of each Fast Play ticket. For $1.00 Fast Play games, including 5 TIMES THE MONEY, ten percent (10%) of the sales value of each ticket sold is contributed to the PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT. If the Jackpot prize is not won by a ticket, the prize money allocated for the Jackpot prize shall be added to the Jackpot Prize Pool for the next ticket purchase. The Jackpot amount paid is rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.
  2. A Jackpot-winning one dollar ($1.00) Wisconsin Lottery Fast Play game will win ten percent (10%) of the total PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT prize amount at the exact time the winning ticket is purchased. (For example, if the current Jackpot is $30,000 and a $1.00 play wins the Jackpot, the share of the Jackpot amount won on that $1.00 play is $3,000. This would leave an available Jackpot amount of $27,000. The $27,000 Jackpot amount begins to increase from that amount with the sales of additional Fast Play tickets.) If a Jackpot is won at the starting Jackpot amount of $10,000, then the available Jackpot remains at the starting amount of $10,000 and the amount won is based on the percentage stated previously.
  3. The Jackpot amount won will be determined solely by the lottery gaming system at the exact time of ticket purchase, subject to section F of these Features and Procedures.
  4. Each Fast Play ticket is played separately. Multiple Fast Play tickets where one (1) or more of those tickets is a Jackpot-winning ticket cannot be combined to collectively win a larger share of the PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT prize. (For example, a purchase of ten (10) one dollar ($1) 5 TIMES THE MONEY tickets does not affect the share of the Jackpot won on any one (1) of those one dollar ($1) tickets. The share of any Jackpot won on a Jackpot-winning one dollar ($1) 5 TIMES THE MONEY ticket would be ten percent (10%) regardless of the number of tickets or price points purchased as previously described in these Features and Procedures.)

D. The frequency of drawings:

There are no drawings in the 5 TIMES THE MONEY game, however, for a period of time, at the discretion of the Lottery Division Administrator 5 TIMES THE MONEY tickets may count towards entry in Lottery Super 2nd Chance drawings. The Wisconsin Lottery will not be responsible for any neglect, delay, failure, or omission on the part of the U.S. Postal Service, or any other delivery/courier service used to deliver a player's Super 2nd Chance Drawing mailing to the Wisconsin Lottery. The Lottery assumes no responsibility or liability for Super 2nd Chance tickets that are lost, destroyed, or otherwise disqualified from participation in a drawing when such tickets are in the control of the Lottery. All tickets sent to the Wisconsin Lottery to enter the Super 2nd Chance drawings become property of the Wisconsin Lottery and will not be returned. Only tickets sent to and received at the correct address for entry into the Super 2nd Chance drawing will be eligible for the Super 2nd Chance drawing. The last Super 2nd Chance Drawing will be held on December 26, 2024.

E. The method of selecting winners:

Each 5 TIMES THE MONEY ticket contains a WINNING NUMBERS play area with four (4) WINNING NUMBERS play symbols and three (3) YOUR NUMBERS play areas. Each YOUR NUMBERS play area directly corresponds to a multiplier symbol (1X, 2X, or 5X) that is located immediately above the respective YOUR NUMBERS play area. There is one (1) 1X YOUR NUMBERS play area containing six (6) YOUR NUMBERS play spots and six (6) corresponding prize amounts; one (1) 2X YOUR NUMBERS play area containing four (4) YOUR NUMBERS play spots and four (4) corresponding prize amounts; and one (1) 5X YOUR NUMBERS play area containing three (3) YOUR NUMBERS play spots and three (3) corresponding prize amounts.

The holder of a ticket showing a number in any of the six (6) YOUR NUMBERS play spots in the 1X YOUR NUMBERS play area that matches one (1) of the four (4) numbers in the WINNING NUMBERS play area shall win the prize amount corresponding to that same matching YOUR NUMBER. A winning YOUR NUMBERS play spot with a corresponding prize amount symbol of "JACKPOT" shall win ten percent (10%) of the PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT prize as solely determined by the lottery gaming system at the exact time of ticket purchase, subject to section F of these Features and Procedures.

The holder of a ticket showing a number in any of the four (4) YOUR NUMBERS play spots in the 2X YOUR NUMBERS play area that matches one (1) of the four (4) numbers in the WINNING NUMBERS play area shall win two (2) times the prize amount corresponding to that same matching YOUR NUMBER.

The holder of a ticket showing a number in any of the three (3) YOUR NUMBERS play spots in the 5X YOUR NUMBERS play area that matches one (1) of the four (4) numbers in the WINNING NUMBERS play area shall win five (5) times the prize amount corresponding to that same matching YOUR NUMBER.

Each YOUR NUMBERS play area is played separately. The multiplier corresponding to each play area does not apply to any prize won in another play area.

F. The method of making payments to the winners:
