FEATURES AND PROCEDURES

Platinum Payout
(FAST PLAY GAME #1005)

A. The theme and name of the game:

The name of this game is Platinum Payout. Match any of YOUR NUMBERS to one of the WINNING NUMBERS, win corresponding prize. BONUS SYMBOLS: If all three symbols shown in the BONUS SYMBOLS area of the ticket appear in the YOUR NUMBERS play area, win $50 instantly! By purchasing a Platinum Payout ticket, a player agrees to select the ticket randomly generated by the lottery gaming system at the time of purchase.

Platinum Payout is a Fast Play game in which the player purchases a terminal-generated ticket that allows for winning set prizes and for a share (percentage) of a PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT (Jackpot) prize as provided in these rules.

For the purposes of the Lottery’s Retailer Performance Program, this game is considered a daily game.

B. The price of tickets:

  1. The price of a ticket is ten dollars ($10.00), or such other price as set by the Lottery Division Administrator.
  2. Tickets cannot be cancelled, and there are no refunds. It is the sole responsibility of the player to verify the accuracy of the game plays. All plays are assigned by the computer at the time of purchase.

C. The prize structure, including the number and value of prizes:

  1. All prizes are funded solely out of the tickets purchased. Approximately seventy and zero-tenths percent (70.0%) of each dollar played is allocated to prizes. The prize structure including the number and value of prizes and the odds on each prize are as follows:
PRIZE AMOUNTAPPROXIMATE NUMBER OF PRIZES PER 240,000 PLAYSODDS OF WINNING

Entry or non-entry of Platinum Payout tickets to the Lottery Super 2nd Chance drawings does not affect the prize structure of the Platinum Payout game.

  1. The PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT begins at $10,000. Once the $10,000 starting Jackpot is fully funded by Fast Play sales, the Jackpot increases with the sale of each Fast Play ticket. For $10.00 Fast Play games, including Platinum Payout, ten percent (10%) of the sales value of each ticket sold is contributed to the PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT. If the Jackpot prize is not won by a ticket, the prize money allocated for the Jackpot prize shall be added to the Jackpot Prize Pool for the next ticket purchase. The Jackpot amount paid is rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.
  2. A Jackpot-winning ten-dollar ($10.00) Wisconsin Lottery Fast Play game will win one hundred percent (100%) of the total PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT prize amount at the exact time the winning ticket is purchased. (For example, if the current Jackpot is $30,000 and a $10.00 play wins the Jackpot, the share of the Jackpot amount won on that $10.00 play is $30,000. This would reset the Jackpot to the starting amount of $10,000.) If a Jackpot is won at the starting Jackpot amount of $10,000, then the available Jackpot remains at the starting amount of $10,000.
  3. The Jackpot amount won will be determined solely by the lottery gaming system at the exact time of ticket purchase, subject to section F of these Features and Procedures.
  4. Each Fast Play ticket is played separately. Multiple Fast Play tickets where one (1) or more of those tickets is a Jackpot-winning ticket does not affect the share or amount of the Jackpot won on any one (1) of those tickets. (For example, a purchase of two (2) or more ten dollar ($10) Platinum Payout tickets does not increase the Jackpot amount won if one (1) or more of those tickets wins the Jackpot. If two (2) $10 Platinum Payout tickets in a row were to both win the Jackpot, the first would win one hundred percent (100%) of the current Jackpot Prize Pool and the second would win one hundred percent (100%) of the restarting Jackpot amount ($10,000)).

D. The frequency of drawings:

There are no drawings in the Platinum Payout game, however, for a period of time, at the discretion of the Lottery Division Administrator Platinum Payout tickets may count towards entry in Lottery Super 2nd Chance drawings. The Wisconsin Lottery will not be responsible for any neglect, delay, failure, or omission on the part of the U.S. Postal Service, or any other delivery/courier service used to deliver a player's Super 2nd Chance Drawing mailing to the Wisconsin Lottery. The Lottery assumes no responsibility or liability for Super 2nd Chance tickets that are lost, destroyed, or otherwise disqualified from participation in a drawing when such tickets are in the control of the Lottery. All tickets sent to the Wisconsin Lottery to enter the Super 2nd Chance drawings become property of the Wisconsin Lottery and will not be returned. Only tickets sent to and received at the correct address for entry into the Super 2nd Chance drawing will be eligible for the Super 2nd Chance drawing. The last Super 2nd Chance Drawing will be held on December 26, 2024.

E. The method of selecting winners:

Each Platinum Payout ticket contains a WINNING NUMBERS play area, a YOUR NUMBERS play area, and a BONUS SYMBOLS play area. Each YOUR NUMBERS play area contains eight (8) bonus play symbols and thirty-two (32) YOUR NUMBERS play spots. Each of the thirty-two (32) YOUR NUMBERS play spots has a corresponding prize amount located immediately below it. The BONUS SYMBOLS play area contains three (3) bonus play symbols.

The holder of a ticket showing a number in any of the thirty-two (32) YOUR NUMBERS play spots that matches one (1) of the eight (8) WINNING NUMBERS shall win the corresponding prize amount shown for that same matching YOUR NUMBER. Only one prize may be won for each matching YOUR NUMBERS play spot, as previously described in these Features and Procedures.
The holder of a ticket showing all three (3) bonus play symbols shown in the BONUS SYMBOLS play area that match three (3) of the eight (8) bonus play symbols in the YOUR NUMBERS play area shall win $50 instantly. Only one $50 prize may be won using the BONUS SYMBOLS.

The YOUR NUMBERS/WINNING NUMBERS and the BONUS SYMBOLS are played separately.

A winning YOUR NUMBERS play spot with a corresponding prize amount symbol of "JACKPOT" shall win one hundred percent (100%) of the PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT prize as solely determined by the lottery gaming system at the exact time of ticket purchase, subject to section F of these Features and Procedures.

F. The method of making payments to the winners:

  4. All tickets sent to the Wisconsin Lottery for the purpose of redemption become property of the Lottery and will not be returned. All tickets winning $600 or more that are submitted in person to a Lottery office for the purpose of redemption will not be returned after the signed ticket is received by the Lottery. Signed, unpaid tickets winning $599 or less that are submitted in person to a Lottery office may be returned at the sole discretion of the Lottery. No winning ticket will be returned once the prize for that ticket has been paid by a Lottery office, regardless of the winning amount. Non-winning tickets that are submitted in person to a Lottery office may be returned at the sole discretion of the Lottery.
  5. Prizes may be paid immediately after the ticket is generated.
  6. Until such time as a signature is placed upon a ticket in the area designated for signature, a ticket shall be owned (held) by the bearer of the ticket. When a signature is placed on the ticket in the place designated, the person whose signature appears in the area shall be the owner (holder) of the ticket and shall be entitled (subject to validation requirements) to any prize attributable thereto.
  7. The holder of a winning Platinum Payout ticket must claim the prize, in accordance with section F(3), within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the ticket is generated, or the prize shall be forfeited. If claiming a prize in person at a Lottery Validations Office, the original winning ticket and Lottery claim form must be received by the Lottery within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the ticket is generated. All required claimant information must be received by the Wisconsin Lottery Validations Office in Madison within fourteen (14) calendar days after the one hundred eighty (180) day deadline or the prize shall be forfeited. In the event that the Governor declares a state-wide emergency or similar unforeseen circumstance occurs, the one hundred eighty (180) day deadline may be extended at the sole discretion of the Wisconsin Lottery Division Administrator.
  8. Any Fast Play prize remaining unclaimed or forfeited after the claim deadline under section F(7) shall be considered permanently forfeited. No prior or subsequent winner will be awarded any permanently forfeited prizes.
  9. Pursuant to Wisconsin's Open Records law (sec. 19.31-19.39 Wis. Stats.), the Lottery is required to disclose a winner's name, place of residence and, if acquired, likeness. If a player wins and claims a prize, the Lottery may use his or her name, likeness, and place of residence without compensation for any purpose. Upon claiming a prize, a winner waives any claims against the Lottery and its representatives for any and all liability which may result from the disclosure or use of such information.
  10. Any player violating these Features and Procedures is ineligible to win a prize.
  11. Prize payments are subject to the provision of sec. 565.30 Wis. Stats.
