MADISON, Wis. -- For a customer of Kwik Trip on 2618 Monroe Rd. in De Pere, a $5 raffle ticket purchase has turned into $125,000, just in time for the holidays. The Wisconsin Lottery retailer sold the $125,000 top prize-winning ticket, number 062999, in the 2025 Holly Jolly Raffle Lotto game. The winning number was drawn on December 11, 2025, along with winning numbers for the 1,828 other cash prizes within the game.
This isn't the first time this year a big winning ticket has been purchased from the De Pere Kwik Trip. In March, the Wisconsin Lottery retailer sold a winning $100,000 scratch ticket to one of its regular customers.
A popular limited time, limited quantity Lotto game, the Holly Jolly Raffle launched on October 24 and sold out the 150,000 available tickets.
In addition to the top prize-winner, 78 tickets of $1,000 and 1,750 tickets of $100 were also drawn. Players can check their numbers at any Lottery retailer or by going to wilottery.com/games/raffles. Winning numbers can also be checked on the Lottery's mobile app, available on the App Store or Google Play.
Winners at all prize levels have 180 days from the drawing date to claim their prize. All winning tickets can be claimed by mail or in person at the Madison or Milwaukee offices, and $100 prize winners can be claimed at any Wisconsin Lottery retailer.
Wisconsin Lottery retailers who sell winning lotto or scratch tickets over $599 receive a two percent Retailer Performance Program Winning Ticket Incentive.
