MADISON, Wis. -- The Wisconsin Lottery is starting August with a flourish, celebrating two big jackpot wins in the first few days of the month. Saturday, August 2, 2025, a lucky player in Green Bay instantly won $259,394, or 100% of the Fast Play Progressive Jackpot, after purchasing a $10 Hit the Jackpot Fast Play ticket from University Shell on 2030 University Ave.
Shortly after the Fast Play win, a $105,000 Badger 5 jackpot ticket was sold at Pick 'N Save on 4698 S. Whitnall Ave. in Saint Francis, for the Monday, August 4 drawing. The winning numbers were 1-4-7-10-24. Monday's Badger 5 win represents the 15th Badger 5 jackpot sold in 2025 that exceeded $100,000.
Players have 180 days from the draw date to claim their winnings. Information on how to claim a Lottery prize is available at wilottery.com. Players can also check their tickets using the Wisconsin Lottery mobile app, available on the App Store or Google Play.
Wisconsin Lottery retailers who sell winning tickets over $599 receive a two percent Retailer Performance Program Winning Ticket Incentive, up to $100,000.
Badger 5 is drawn daily after 9 p.m. The odds of winning the Badger 5 jackpot are 1:169,911. Tickets must be purchased before 9 p.m. to be included in that day's drawing.
Unlike other Lotto games, the Fast Play Progressive Jackpot can be won as soon as the ticket is purchased. The Wisconsin Lottery offers 12 different Fast Play games. The amount of the Progressive Jackpot won depends on the ticket price purchased by the player -- $1 tickets win 10% of the Progressive Jackpot, $2 tickets win 20%, $5 tickets win 50%, and $10 tickets win 100%.
The odds of winning the Fast Play Progressive Jackpot are 1 in 240,000.
