MADISON, Wis. -- Thomas Tlougan of Lowell is winner of the Wisconsin Lottery $125,000 Holly Jolly Raffle Lotto game top prize. Purchased at the Beaver Dam Kwik Trip, Tlougan claimed his big win on Tuesday at the Madison Lottery office. The odds of winning the 2024 Holly Jolly Raffle top prize were 1:150,000.
A long-time, well-liked Lotto game, the first Holly Jolly Raffle in 2010 offered 50,000 total tickets. The limited time, limited quantity Lotto game has grown in popularity during its lifespan to feature 150,000 available tickets for both the 2023 and 2024 raffles.
Tlougan's winning number of 083925 was drawn on December 9, 2024. The raffle launched on October 25, 2024, and sold out on November 28, 2024.
In addition to the top prize winner, 78 tickets of $1,000 and 1,750 tickets of $100 were also drawn. Players have 180 days from the draw date to claim their winnings. Information on how to claim a prize is available at wilottery.com. Players can also see if their ticket is a winner by using the Lottery's mobile app, available on the App Store or Google Play.
Wisconsin retailers who sell winning tickets of over $599 receive a two percent Retailer Performance Program Winning Ticket Incentive, up to $100,000.
