Holly Jolly Raffle Winner Claims $125,000 Prize
Kwik Trip in De Pere sells winning ticket

MADISON, Wis. -- Iride Luehr of De Pere is the winner of the $125,000 Holly Jolly Raffle Lotto game top prize. Purchased at a De Pere Kwik Trip on 2618 Monroe Rd., Luehr claimed her big win at the Milwaukee Lottery office on Monday. The odds of winning the 2025 Holly Jolly Raffle top prize were 1:150,000.

A long-time, well-liked Lotto game, the first Holly Jolly Raffle in 2010 offered 50,000 total tickets. The popular game has grown during its lifespan and in 2023, 2024, and 2025 featured 150,000 available tickets.

Luehr's winning number, 062999, was drawn on December 11, 2025. The raffle launched on October 24 and sold out on December 10, 2025.

In addition to the top prize winner, 78 winning tickets of $1,000 and 1,750 winning tickets of $100 were also drawn. Players have 180 days from the draw date to claim their prize. Information on how to claim a prize is available at wilottery.com. Players can also see if their ticket is a winner by using the Lottery's mobile app, available on the App Store or Google Play.

Wisconsin retailers who sell winning tickets of $599 or more receive a two percent Retailer Performance Program Winning Ticket Incentive, up to $100,000.
