'Tis the Season to be Jolly
Holly Jolly Raffle returns with a top prize of $125,000

MADISON, Wis. -- Sales begin today for the Wisconsin Lottery Holly Jolly Raffle. Back for a 16th year, the popular holiday $5 Lotto game features a top prize of $125,000.

Available at all Wisconsin Lottery retailers, the Holly Jolly Raffle has a limited quantity of 150,000 tickets for sale. In addition to the top prize, the Lotto game includes 78 prizes of $1,000 and 1,750 prizes of $100.

Holly Jolly Raffle tickets often sell out. During the past seven years, available tickets sold out prior to the last date of the sale. This year, the Holly Jolly Raffle drawing will be held on December 11, 2025.

HOW TO PLAY 
* Each play is $5 and prints on a separate ticket. 
* A six-digit number is printed on each ticket. 
* Tickets are sold in numerical order starting with 000001. 
* Players should sign the back of the ticket after they receive it. 
* Once all 150,000 tickets are sold, no more tickets will be available for purchase. 
* The number of prizes, prize amounts, and draw date will not change regardless of the number of tickets sold. 
* Tickets must be purchased before December 11, 2025. * The drawing will be held on December 11, 2025. 
* Winning numbers will be available on wilottery.com and at Lottery retailers the evening of December 11, 2025. 
* Tickets can be redeemed after the drawing.
