MADISON, Wis. – On the eve of its “sweet 16” birthday, the Wisconsin Lottery’s Badger 5 game produced a jackpot winner. Saturday’s draw won one lucky player $165,000 on a ticket purchased in Jackson (Washington County). Badger 5, which debuted Feb. 17, 2003, celebrated its 16th birthday the following day.
